Sandford B&B Guide Bournemouth
The town of Sandford is situated near the Royal Signals Museum where exhibitions and heritage attractions of spies, codes and secret agents are on display and where you can discover the Science and Technology of Communications with hands on experiments and interactive devices.
Here you can crack codes, invent a spy gadget or experience how the secret agents were trained. Not too far is the Monkey World where you can see primates from all over the world. Living at the park is the largest group of chimpanzees outside of Africa with orang-utans, gibbons, and many more primates enclosed in spacious surroundings amongst a natural woodland setting. In the Malagasy habitat you can even walk through the lemurs forest and come nose-to-nose with these beautiful animals. Additionally there is a woodland walk and pets encounter area for picnics, an outdoor fun adventure for the children as well as amusements, café and gift shops. Ferndown is situated on the River Stour where fishing is excellent and you’ll find it is a good base in which to explore the surrounding countryside where you’ll find the Tower Park Leisure Complex.
