BY ROAD
FROM THE SOUTH, Turn off the A9(Perth –Inverness road) for Newtonmore on B9150, pass the Shinty Field and Transport café on your left. Turn right into Station Road. Keep looking left past the first field and turn left into the private Beech lined gravel drive on your left.

FROM THE NORTH , Coming from Inverness and Kingussie follow A86 through Newtonmore village and turn left immediately after the Fuel Station. Keep looking left past the first field and turn left into the private Beech lined gravel drive on your left

FROM THE WEST, Coming from Laggan and Fort William head towards Newtonmore and before going into the village turn right at Clan McPherson Museum as if you are heading out of Newtonmore. Turn immediately left after the Fuel Station into Station Road. Keep looking left past the first field and turn left into the private Beech lined gravel drive on your left.

BY TRAIN
If you arrive at Newtonmore Station (on the Perth to Inverness line), The Beeches is a few moments walk up Station Road. We are tucked in on the right just past Golf Course Road.

If you arrive at Kingussie station it is a 5 minute car journey to The Beeches. We can collect you from Kingussie Rail Station with prior notice. Please advise us in advance of your train arrival time and offer us a MOBILE phone number to communicate with you in the event of any delays.

BY COACH
Coaches travel from all Scottish cities to the Highlands, many of which stop in Newtonmore. Get off at the stop nearest The Clan McPherson Museum, stay on the main street and walk away from the Village heading south. Turn immediately left after the Fuel Station into Station Road. Pass the first field on your left then a couple of houses and you will see the sign. Turn into the private Beech lined gravel drive on your left.

BY PLANE
Fly to Inverness, Edinburgh or Glasgow Airports then travel by Car, Coach or Train to get to The Beeches.

B&B Bookings must be accompanied by a non refundable deposit of £10 per person per night. Dinner B&B for package guests requires a £20 per person per person per night deposit.
The balance of B&B fees must be paid prior to departure.

Cancellation of any B&B, or Dinner B&B booking within 24 hours of stated arrival time requires the clients to pay full fees.

In the very unlikely event of The Beeches having to cancel any booking, a full refund of deposits will be paid to the booking client.

With the Cairngorms and Monadhliaths in the immediate locality there is no shortage of hill walking opportunities to cater for all levels of capability. Your expert and well qualified guide Dave Craig, can select routes to suit your group and offer a guided walk with plenty folklore stories along the way. Walks can take place on the high tops or at enchanting lower level locations in the valley. This is a distinctive opportunity to be at peace with nature in stunning locations that are a feast for the senses.

Beginners and seasoned paddlers alike can enjoy the beautiful River Spey with expert guide and coach Dave Craig. Canoeing with Dave is much more than learning a skill and offers participants an extraordinary journey of discovery with spectacular views of the Scottish Highlands along the way. Bird watching, on the Spey is exceptionally rewarding too with Osprey being sighted regularly and a plethora of other birds to keep any ornithologist well entertained.
