Bellavista is a no smoking bed and breakfast with lovely light rooms and a wonderful quiet location, about twenty minutes walk from Kirkwall, the capital of Orkney. The sea is a mere fifty metres from the front door with stunning views across Kirkwall bay to Rousay, Gairsay and Wyre. There are a number of nice walks in the area including the shore hugging route to Kirkwall.

The location is ideal for anyone interested in water sports such as Sea Kayaking, Sailing, Jet-Ski and Wind Surfing.

You can be sure of clean, comfortable rooms, a friendly welcome from the hosts, and delicious varied breakfasts.

2 double and 1 twin are en suite
2 single rooms share a showerroom
1 double and 1 twin share a bathroom with shower
All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, a TV and hairdryer. There is a guest lounge and private car park.

In the reception area, there is a payphone and a comprehensive selection of tourist information.

There are also laundry facilities available for guest use.

Sorry no smoking allowed - we comply fully with fire regulations.

We use as much fresh, local produce as possible but if you follow a special diet and need a different menu, let us know and we will try to meet your requirements. Local cuisine can be supplied by arrangement.

Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 8.30am but is available earlier if necessary.
