The historic Gwern Borter Manor sits in the foothills of the Snowdonia National Park in the beautiful Conwy Valley, North Wales, close to the sea. This is a special place well known for it's peace and tranquility. A place to relax and unwind and enjoy the many wonders of North Wales and the facilities that are found on site which include horse riding, cycle hire, games room, pets corner and details of what to do within the area of Snowdonia.

Direction:
From the A55 expressway from either Bangor or Chester, take the B5106 from Conwy and travel for three miles.at t the Groes Public House, turn right towards Rowen. After ½ mile, turn right. After 100 metres keep to the left and Gwern Borter Country Manor can be found on the left hand side.

Cancelation Policy: Once a firm booking is made with a credit or debit card a 20% deposit is required and the accommodation is taken off the availability list with many tourism bodies. If your booking is cancelled and you have not taken holiday insurance this is non refundable. If cancelled within two weeks of arrival the whole balance will be taken and we will attempt to relet the unit or room to offset some of your cost. The credit card is retained as a security deposit and guarantee of payment so it must be valid at time of your stay.
We accept well behaved quiet pets only.

Gwern Borter is set in ten acres of landscaped grounds with ornamental, organic kitchen and medicinal herb gardens. We take pride in retaining the Manor's 'Olde Worlde' charm. Our beautifully appointed period rooms include a Victorian 'four poster' bedroom, a superior double and a triple room. Our oak panneled entrance hall and staircase has an intriguing collection of original oils and limited editions. The relaxing ambience makes Manor the ideal place to relax and unwind. As a quiet rural retreat in Snowdonia we do not take children under six or dogs in the house, so a peacefull break at our accommodation is guaranteed. Having spent much of our lives at a busy city pace, our aim was to create a perfect Bed and Breakfast rural retreat in Snowdonia.
