The County Hotel is located in Walsall, West Midlands. Approximately 1 mile from Walsall Town Centre, 9 miles from Birmingham City Centre and Sutton Coldfield City Centre.

Policies

If the client cancels a reservation(s) the hotel reserves the right to claim the following sums, unless a booking is obtained for the same date(s) from a third party on no less favourable terms. All deposits received prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
a - cancellation 12 months in advance - deposit forfeited.
b - cancellation between 12 and 9 months in advance - 85% of total estimated charges.
c - cancellation between 9 and 3 months in advance - 95% of total estimated charges.
d - cancellation between 3 months and 30 days in advance - 100% of total estimated charges.
e - cancellations less than 30 days in advance - 100% of total estimated charges plus an additional 5% cancellation charge.
In all instances notification of cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by the hotel.
