Rudge is a peaceful livestock farm, grazed by sheep and cattle. Our 80 acres include ancient woodland and several lakes, managed with conservation in mind, making the farm a haven for wildlife.
Peter, Sue and Tom Diment offer visitors a warm welcome, together with extensive local knowledge.

RECENT IMPROVEMENTS
We have converted the last barn into 3 more cottages and have increased the leisure facilities available to you at Rudge Farm. We have built an all-weather tennis court in the field behind Carters Cottage. We have converted part of what was the parking barn into a Games Barn. This houses a traditional West Country Skittle Alley; table tennis table; and a small Gym with fitness equipment for adults only. For younger children there is a new climbing frame, slide and swings and a new sandpit.

Self Catering Cottages


The old farm buildings have been thoughtfully converted into attractive holiday cottages, ranged around a flower-decked, cobbled yard and overlooking the lakes in the meadow below.

Original features of the barns have been retained where possible. The rooms are comfortably furnished in mellow pine, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere - in fact the perfect place for a relaxed and stress-free holiday. The cottages vary in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with one cottage specially adapted for accompanied wheel chair users. All cottages are for non-smokers. We regret that we do not take dogs.

Linen, towels, gas and electricity are all included in the rental.
