The location of our B&B makes it accessible to nearby attractions, Airport and motorways. Your stay with us will be enjoyable but not because our location is exotic but because it is ideally situated to visit Edinburgh or tour Scotland. A Scottish tour bus picks guests up after breakfast from Craigievar, on its way to Loch Ness and the Highlands. You are just 10 minutes from town, by bus, in the other direction with a bust stop directly outside. We also offer free parking to guests if you are driving.

We take payment by cash or Credit Card. Smoking is not permitted in our B&B by law, as it is a building for public use. However we do provide a small receptacle outside the back door for those who still partake. Check-in is very flexible - just keep us informed. If arriving early you may drop off cases, and on your last day you may collect luggage later.

Our rooms are very large. We don't therefore offer single rooms or single nights - we are dedicated to guest comfort for two nights or longer with a minimum of two guests per room. Large groups can be accommodated - check out our online prices and availability which are kept up to date - please feel free to call if in any doubt.

Each room is en suite with power showers. Rooms come as standard with one double, one single bed. More single beds can be added in rooms one and two for five persons per room and up to eight people in room three.
