lookup box. Lookup for your property in our database.

If your property information is not found in
our database, please click on ADD YOUR LISTING link on the top of the
page.

Please create your profile. If your B&B is
already listed in our database, the Basic Profile page will appear.
Please update your profile.

I found my property in the search results. How can I
upgrade my record?

Enter your primary business phone number, as it
appears on the search results page, in the phone
lookup box.

Access your current profile on this page using Basic
Profile link on the left-hand menu.

Update your information and submit the changes. To
protect the integrity of the data any changes will become available to the
public within 24 hours after the administrator's authorization.
I'm a new subscriber. How can I get my username
and password?

Enter your primary business phone number in the
phone lookup box. If your property information does not appear, please
click on ADD YOUR LISTING link on the top of the page (If your B&B is
already listed in our database, the Basic Profile page would appear where
you can create your username and password).

Please create your username and password on the Basic
Profile page on the left-hand menu. You can always modify your user name
and password on the innkeepers Basic Profile page.
I forgot my login and password. What should I do?
Please send us an e-mail
with your property information including B&B Name, City and State. We'll
send you the login and password information to your primary e-mail account.
What
payment option do you accept?
You
can choose from any of the following easy payment options:
1)
Secure
credit card payment online
2)
Payment
by personal/business check or money order
What contract and payment
terms are available?
BnBStar Payment Methods are online Credit Card, Checks and/or Send by Mail. We do
accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa cards including all other major
Credit Cards.
How can I pay by check?
If you are paying by check please make it payable to Travelegia, Ltd.

If you choose to pay by mail just print out the "Pay by Mail"
form and mail. We will activate your account and send
you confirmation once we receive the mailed in payment.
How will I know when my
subscription expires?
Each
account is due on the last day of the subscription year. We will send you an
e-mail notification prior to the expiration day.
